- Responsible for the integration of all support during responses by S.D.V. during actual or simulated emergencies
- Acts in capacity of Vice President during all S.D.V. Executive, personnel, & community meetings
- Responsible for the delivery and distribution of all resources needed to support S.D.V. Personnel during simulated or actual disaster
situations. - Directs the delivery of assistance for all humanitarian needs
- Responsible for planning, organizing, identifying, and creating all necessary activities to provide support for efficient disaster relief operations
- Responsible for directly interacting with on-scene command and control elements of paid county E.S.S. Services
- Responsible for the direct supervision of S.D.V. Subordinate logistical chiefs within the incorporated & unincorporated parts of San Diego
County

PERSONAL STATEMENT
Through my past experiences and in situations of need by others, I have personally seen others with no time to help and no heart in serving their
community. I have always attempted to serve my community where ever I have been able. Whether it is simply assisting a stranded motorist or
assisting others in extinguishing freeway hot spots during the recent 2003 San Diego Wild Fires, I have always been the type of person that has
wanted to help.
