- Supervise overall Medical Operations, Training, and Staff
- Act in capacity of translator for all Hispanic residents of San Diego County, and disseminate the information gathered to E.S.S. personnel
- Assist in the evacuation of Hispanic residents during times of emergency
- Translate imperative information needed for the critical areas of search, rescue, and recovery of San Diego County residents
