- Responsible to supervise San Diego North County Areas from Escondido through Oceanside as First Line Commander
- Acts in capacity of Chief in the North County Area if more than one area of E.S.S. Services are needed
- Responsible for Securing all Locations where SDV Personnel are Operational and Identifying Potential Hazards
- Responsible for all Communications during SDV Operations
- Will directly interact with Chief during all areas of S.D.V. Operations

PERSONAL STATEMENT
I have volunteered for different things my entire life. Although my past experiences have been often intensive and mentally exhaustive, my
personal feeling is that as long as people have the time and availability they should be an active part of our communities volunteer resources.
