areas of expertise. These Key Personnel have either field experience, advanced levels of education that assist them in their area of expertise,
or both. However, what separates these unique individuals from others is not their experience or education, but their desire to serve their
community. Therefore, if you are willing to serve as an active member of your community in an area that is not currently filled, SDV will
provide you the necessary training and skills to be an effective member of our Key Personnel team. Former Experience is not a
requirement. All we ask is that you be committed to your assigned area of expertise. You can Access the Key Personnel areas by
